​NARJ and SHS are looking for 10 mentors/tutors to join our team

POSITION DETAILS

Role: Mentor/Tutor Responsibilities:
• Provide academic support tailored to students' needs.
• Build positive relationships ot foster students' emotional well-being.
• Assist in improving students' attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with school staff and follow restorative justice principles.
• Participate in training sessions provided.
• Compensation: $30/hour
• Hours: 2 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS

• A desire ot support students academically and emotionally.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Patience, empathy, and acommitment ot restorative practices.
• Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or education is a plus but not required.
